Jim Clark
President and CEO, Boys & Girls Clubs of America
Jim Clark joined Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) as president and CEO in January 2012. An expert in nonprofit management, Clark formerly served as president and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, one of the largest and most successful local BGCA affiliates. In his current position, Clark leads the largest network of facility-based youth development organizations in the world. Learn more about Jim.

Judith J. Pickens, M.Ed.
Senior Vice President, Program & Youth Development Services
Judith has more than 30 years experience as an educator and human services professional. As Senior Vice President of Program & Youth Development Services, Pickens is responsible for developing and implementing national programs in five core areas: Character and Leadership Development; Education and Career Development; Health and Life Skills; The Arts; and Sports, Fitness and Recreation.

Romero Brown
Vice President, Program & Youth Development Services
Romero Brown is vice president of Program & Youth Development Services for BGCA. In this position, he is responsible for the character and citizenship, health and life skills and sports, and fitness and recreation programs that serve millions of youth nationwide and overseas through Club membership and community outreach. Brown also leads the organization’s Family Strengthening and Civic Engagement initiatives.

Linda Wiltse
Vice President, Program and Youth Development Services
Helping prepare teens for the 21st century is the charge of Linda Wiltse, vice president for teen services at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Linda is responsible for developing and directing national teen initiatives, with an emphasis on character and leadership development, education, community service, career preparation and staff training.

Julius Lott
Vice President, Program and Youth Development Services
Julius Lott is a Club alumnus with over 25 years of fulltime experience and has served in various positions on the local, regional and national level. He currently serves as the Vice President of Diversity for Boys & Girls Clubs of America. The bulk of his work focuses on local staff and board diversity, and he additionally oversees BGCA’s Latino Outreach program, Inclusion Initiative and Youth for Unity diversity programs.
